CONDITIONS OF ENTRY | |

Eligibility: | At the time of the event, all competitors must be members in good standing affiliated with the NSWAPA an PA or an interstate body affiliated with PA. Competitors must supply a signed and current Grading Card and firearms licence/permit. Failure to comply will render the competitor ineligible. |
General Information: | 'Call to the line' time for all 25m matches is 5 minutes prior to the time squadded. Preperation time commences at the squadded time. Special requests and late entries will only be accepted where range space and resources permit. Competitor bibs will be provided at registration and must be worn while competing. All Government regulations must be complied with. |
Equipment Control: | From 12pm to 4pm Friday 2 October and from 7.30am each day after. Equipment control forms must be completed and provided for checking. |
Finals: | Will be conducted for 25m Rapid Fire Pistol, 25m Pistol Women, 10m Air Pistol Men, and 10m Air Pistol Women. |
Clothing: | Pistol Australia rules apply. |
Practice: | The range will be available for practice between 10am and 1pm Friday 2 October. All practice must cease by 1pm to allow competition shooting to commence. |
Presenation of Medals: | Medal presentations will be held at the close of shooting each day. Medals will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each grade. |
Catering: | Food and beverages will be available at the range for breakfast and lunch. (excluding Friday). |
Squadding: | Squadding information will be sent to the email provided. Contact the Organising Secretary if squadding not received by 25 September 2026. |
Camping: | A limited number of camping sites are available at the range. First in, first served. |

HOW TO ENTER ONLINE
- Select your grade in the match you wish to enter, and add to shopping cart.
- Select "Continue Shopping" to add another match.
- Repeat for all matches you wish to enter and your preferred range duty.
- When you have added all matches and your selected range duty click on "Proceed with the Order".
- Follow instructions to complete your entry.
- Note that if paying by Paypal you will need to click on the "Buy Now" button on the receipt screen to make your payment.
